TERMS & AGREEMENTS

FOR INFLATABLE RENTALS

  • When placing an order, the client must provide valid contact details, including an email address and phone number. An email with order details will be sent immediately after the order is placed.

    Within 8 business hours, a Bounce Rentals LA representative will contact the client via phone or email to confirm details such as:

    • the color of balls for the inflatable pool or balloons,

    • the distance to the power outlet,

    • the type of ground surface for installation,

    • and delivery cost calculations.

    Once all details of the order are finalized, they will be documented in the Agreement & General Release, which must be signed by the client to confirm the booking.

    • If the order is placed at least 7 days before the event date, the client must make a $50 deposit to secure the booking.

    • If the order is placed less than 7 days before the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

    • The parties may agree on an alternative payment schedule, such as payment on the day of the event.

    The booking is not confirmed until:

    The Agreement & General Release is signed by the client, and

    Either the required deposit or full payment is received, depending on the booking terms.

    A booking confirmation email will be sent once the deposit is processed.

    If details are not confirmed and payment or the signed agreement with the deposit is not received within 24 hours of placing the order, Bounce Rentals LA reserves the right to cancel the order unilaterally, with notification to the client.

    Payment methods include: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card online via the provided link.

    Fines outlined in these Terms & Agreements must be paid within 48 hours of notification.

    Note: Working hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed during the next business hours.

  • All rentals are for one day. The client may choose delivery and return times between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

    The fixed daily rental rate remains unchanged, regardless of the number of hours used.

    The driver may arrive up to 2 hours earlier than the start time or up to 2 hours later than the end time, though we strive for delivery accuracy.

  • Clients must obtain permission from park administration, if required, before booking an inflatable attraction.

    Bounce Rentals LA carries liability insurance and delivers to permitted park locations.

    For city park setups, additional insurance is required, including coverage for the city and its representatives.

  • Delivery is made to the client’s provided address. The client must grant access for both installation and retrieval of the equipment.

    Delivery should be scheduled approximately 2 hours before the event.

    Installation and assembly take 30-60 minutes, depending on site conditions.

    • The client must ensure access for pickup at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may incur an additional fee.

    • If equipment is returned wet, excessively dirty, or damaged, the client is responsible for cleaning or repair costs.

    Installation Restrictions:

    • The surface must be flat and level.

    Sufficient space for the inflatable unit is required.

    • A responsible adult must be present.

    Installation near swimming pools is prohibited.

    The client must prepare the site in advance by:

    Mowing grass, if necessary.

    Removing vehicles and obstacles.

    Cleaning the area of animal waste.

    Ensuring a clear space for the equipment.

     

    The order will be canceled as “undeliverable” (with a delivery/cancellation fee charged) if the driver cannot set up due to:

    An unprepared or inaccessible site.

    Inability to move equipment to the installation area without additional transportation.

    Undisclosed surface restrictions or obstacles.

    Insufficient space for the inflatable’s width, length, or height.

    No access to a working electrical outlet due to client-related issues (e.g., non-working outlet).

    Undisclosed distance exceeding 50 feet to the outlet.

    Liability Disclaimer:

    Bounce Rentals LA is not liable for damage, alterations, or cosmetic defects to surfaces where inflatables are installed.

    Inflatable structures may damage natural or artificial grass—concrete installation is recommended if damage is a concern.

    • The client assumes responsibility for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, plumbing, or private/municipal property if restricted areas are not disclosed to the driver.

  • • All inflatable attractions undergo a pre-installation safety inspection before delivery to ensure they are in proper condition.

    • Upon setup, the client may inspect the equipment and report any issues within the first two hours of rental.

    Safety or operational concerns must be reported immediately to Bounce Rentals LA for resolution.

  • • The client must ensure equipment is accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.

    • The client is responsible for keeping the equipment dry and in its delivered condition.

    Damages, excessive dirt, or wet conditions may incur fines or repair charges.

  • • Each power outlet must provide a minimum of 15 amps per inflatable unit.

    Bounce Rentals LA provides extension cords, but the client must specify the distance to the outlet in advance.

    • The company is not responsible for faulty circuit breakers, outlets, or damages resulting from equipment use.

    • If electricity is unavailable, a generator can be rented for an additional fee.

    Generators operate for up to 6 hours on one tank of fuel; for longer rentals, the client must refuel or request refueling services from Bounce Rentals LA.

  • • The client is responsible for supervising the safety and behavior of all users.

    • A responsible adult must be present at all times.

    Supervision is the sole responsibility of the designated adult, who must read and understand posted safety rules (typically at the front of the inflatable).

    Prohibited Activities:

    Cutting or damaging vinyl and mesh.

    Overloading beyond permitted weight.

    Using water unless the inflatable is designed for it.

    Placing food, drinks, paint, chemicals, dirt, or contaminants inside.

    Entering under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Children under 3 require constant adult supervision.

    Individuals with back/neck injuries, pregnant women, or infants are prohibited.

    Use of “silly string” is strictly forbidden.

    Installation near swimming pools is not allowed.

    If an inflatable deflates, immediately:

    1. Evacuate all users.

    2. Check if the blower is off.

    3. Ensure air vents and tubes are secure.

    4. Contact Bounce Rentals LA if the issue persists.

    Fines for Violations:

    Up to $100 for prohibited food or items.

    $3,500 for severe damage, including silly string use.

    $100 for returning the inflatable wet or dirty.

  • If the inflatable deflates:

    1. Check if the blower is plugged in.

    2. Ensure the air intake is not blocked.

    3. Verify air tubes are properly connected.

    4. Contact Bounce Rentals LA support if the problem persists.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the rental date.

    Cancellation Fees:

    If canceled at least 7 days in advance, no additional fees, but the deposit is non-refundable

    If canceled less than 7 days before the rental, the full rental payment is required (delivery fee excluded).

    If setup is impossible due to client-related issues, the client must pay 100% of the rental fee plus 50% of the delivery cost.

  • • The client may cancel due to weather conditions (rain or strong winds over 20 mph / 32 km/h) on the rental day or if the forecast predicts a 50%+ chance of rain or strong winds. In this case, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

    • Bounce Rentals LA may also cancel the rental in case of severe weather for safety reasons, in which case the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

    • If the weather improves later in the day, rescheduling the setup for the same day is not guaranteed.

    This policy does not apply to indoor rentals, which are unaffected by weather conditions.

  • The client assumes full responsibility for:

    Safe use of the equipment.

    Compliance with all safety rules (posted and verbal).

    Supervision of the equipment and participants.

    Acknowledgment of Risks

    The client acknowledges that use involves known and unforeseen risks, including:

    Property damage.

    Physical or emotional injury.

    Paralysis.

    Death or serious injury.

    Such risks include, but are not limited to: falls, slips, collisions, and impacts. These risks cannot be eliminated without altering the activity’s nature.

    Release of Claims and Liability

    The client agrees to:

    Release, discharge, and hold harmless Bounce Rentals LA (including employees, contractors, and agents) from claims, injuries, or damages due to the client’s actions.

    Not pursue claims against Bounce Rentals LA for injuries, damages, or losses to guests, invitees, or third parties.

    Reporting and Legal Responsibility

    Any damage, injury, or claim must be reported within 5 days of the rental date. Failure to report within this period deems the client negligent, releasing Bounce Rentals LA from liability.

    • The client will not hold Bounce Rentals LA responsible for legal expenses (e.g., attorney fees, court costs) arising from equipment use.

    • The client agrees to indemnify and defend Bounce Rentals LA, its employees, and agents against losses, claims, costs, or expenses due to the client’s negligence.

  • Disputes or claims arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation before arbitration.

    Either party may request mediation, with costs (if applicable) shared equally.

    Initiating legal proceedings without mediation or refusing mediation within 30 days of a request waives the right to recover attorney fees, even if otherwise entitled.

  • • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

    Disputes will be resolved under California law.
